CTI server interoperate with Avaya ACD

Hi Team

Cisco CTI Server(ICM SR 7.0)interoperates with Avaya ACD.

when the call is initiated from a VDN (not from a DID number), there are instances when the ACD does not allow the softphone to perform hold,transfer and conference functions.

Going through the MST traces , we found that Cisco CTI server sends a wrong message (REGISTER instead of FACILITY) for the faulty call.Thus,CTI Server can't take control of the call.

Could you please shed some light?
