CTI supervisor desktop query

Hi All,

I am using ICM 8.0 and CTI toolkit 7.1

My issue is that when supervisor is logged into CTI supervisor toolkit; they are not able to view the real time voice data of the agents logged in at that time.

I have created a Agent Team List and added the agents under Members and supervisors under Supervisors.

Is there any other configuration required to enable supervisors to view the agent data?

screenshot is attached. at this time few agents are logged in but there is no data available for supervisor:

This issue has been resolved now; after re-adding the supervisors to the agent team list.
