Hi All - Once the agent is logged in to CTI, is there any way where agent can move to READY state automatically.

I need to customize the setttings like as soon as agent has logged in agent has to move READY state automatically.

Is this UCCX or UCCE? If UCCE, is this CAD or CTIOS?

Unfortunately, you would have to compile a custom CTIOS desktop using the SDK. You would then need to insert code that would fire the necessary event to put the agent in ready when the login event is invoked.
