CTIOS agent issue

                   Hi,

                            I have several agents that are looging into CTIOS and it's showing them in a talking state, but they have not even gone ready yet.

So backup and take it one step at a time.

- Have you recetly restarted your PG to make sure you're starting with a blank slate?

- Is it always the same agents?

- Does this happen only after a while, can you collect logs before it happened?

- Are you all patched up on your ICM versions?

We performed a PG user restart 3 moths ago and it's always different users, but 90% are work from home on softphones. We are all patched up.
