I am not sure if the errors above relate to the symptom. Did all the phones get unregistered?
For agents getting logged out - I assume this has duplexed PGs.
If agents are logged out of CTIOS, I would check the eapim and jtapi pim failover on the PG. If the failover is not happening as expected, then check PG config (correct hostname, user /pass for call manager etc). When you try to failover the PG, capture pim logs. They will tell you what is causing the issue.
Other possibility is agent desktop config on the agent's PC. If they don't have both sides of PG correctly defined, they will be logged off.
