CTIOS Desktop Agent

We have IPCC environment and we have CTIOS Agent Desktop Client 6.0, when an agent goes to ready state sometimes the agent does not have a call and his state to Reserved State and then again his state change to Ready and then reserved and he have a call and he answer the call, our question is that why agent goes into the Reserved while he has no calls.

I would ensure the labels are setup correctly for the agents device target. Make sure one exists for the CM and all IVR routing clients.
