CTIOS Developeing: CTIOS client Agent Login, Events

Hello

I wrote custome CTIOS client using COM interfaces.

In IPCC 5 after agent logged in I captured OnAgentStateChange event as well:

21.03.2007 12:37:23 OnCtiOsFailure Arguments contains 3 Args ; SystemEventID:15; Fail

21.03.2007 12:37:23 OnConnection Arguments contains 3 Args ; EventTime:14243935; Curr

21.03.2007 12:37:25 OnCtiOsFailure Arguments contains 3 Args ; SystemEventID:12; Fail

21.03.2007 12:37:25 OnCtiOsFailure Arguments contains 3 Args ; SystemEventID:8; Fail

21.03.2007 12:37:25 OnCtiOsFailure Arguments contains 3 Args ; SystemEventID:1; Fail

21.03.2007 12:37:25 OnCtiOsFailure Arguments contains 4 Args ; SystemEventID:3; Fail

21.03.2007 12:37:25 OnSetAgentModeEvent Arguments contains 62 Args ; PeripheralID:5000;

21.03.2007 12:37:25 OnQueryAgentStateConf Arguments contains 23 Args ; PeripheralID:5000;

21.03.2007 12:37:25 OnButtonEnablementChange Arguments contains 3 Args ; EnablementMa

21.03.2007 12:37:25 OnQueryAgentStateConf Arguments contains 23 Args ; PeripheralID:5000;

21.03.2007 12:37:25 OnButtonEnablementChange Arguments contains 3 Args ; EnablementMa

21.03.2007 12:37:25 <unknown> Arguments contains 22 Args ; PeripheralID:5000; Desk

21.03.2007 12:37:25 OnButtonEnablementChange Arguments contains 3 Args ; EnablementMa

21.03.2007 12:37:28 <unknown> Arguments contains 2 Args ; UniqueObjectID:agent.5000.60

21.03.2007 12:37:28 OnAgentStateChange Arguments contains 19 Args ; PeripheralID:5000;

21.03.2007 12:37:28 OnButtonEnablementChange Arguments contains 3 Args ; EnablementMa

21.03.2007 12:37:28 OnAgentStatistics Arguments contains 7 Args ; PeripheralID:5000;

21.03.2007 12:37:32 <unknown> Arguments contains 4 Args ; NumCalls:0; UniqueObject

But after change platform to IPCC 7 this event is absence in agent logging proccess:

21.03.2007 12:49:49 OnCtiOsFailure Arguments contains 3 Args ; SystemEventID:15; Failu

21.03.2007 12:49:49 OnConnection Arguments contains 4 Args ; EventTime:14989018; Curre

21.03.2007 12:49:49 OnCtiOsFailure Arguments contains 3 Args ; SystemEventID:12; Failu

21.03.2007 12:49:49 OnCtiOsFailure Arguments contains 3 Args ; SystemEventID:8; Failu

21.03.2007 12:49:49 OnCtiOsFailure Arguments contains 3 Args ; SystemEventID:1; Failu

21.03.2007 12:49:49 OnCtiOsFailure Arguments contains 4 Args ; SystemEventID:3; Failu

21.03.2007 12:49:49 OnSetAgentModeEvent Arguments contains 75 Args ; PeripheralID:5000;

21.03.2007 12:49:49 OnQueryAgentStateConf Arguments contains 25 Args ; PeripheralID:5000;

21.03.2007 12:49:49 OnButtonEnablementChange Arguments contains 3 Args ; EnablementMas

21.03.2007 12:49:49 <unknown> Arguments contains 7 Args ; AgentID:5555; AgentLastName

21.03.2007 12:49:49 <unknown> Arguments contains 5 Args ; UniqueObjectID:agent.5000.555

21.03.2007 12:49:49 OnQueryAgentStateConf Arguments contains 25 Args ; PeripheralID:5000;

21.03.2007 12:49:49 OnButtonEnablementChange Arguments contains 3 Args ; EnablementMas

21.03.2007 12:49:49 <unknown> Arguments contains 22 Args ; PeripheralID:5000; DeskS

21.03.2007 12:49:49 OnButtonEnablementChange Arguments contains 3 Args ; EnablementMas

21.03.2007 12:49:49 OnAgentStatistics Arguments contains 7 Args ; PeripheralID:5000;

Can I capture this event in client with IPCC 7 at agent logging in procces as well?

Re: CTIOS Developeing: CTIOS client Agent Login, Events

OnCTIOSFailure event indicates the CTI Server either sent a Failure or a System Event. This particular event is related to the CTIOS Server Connection Status. The SystemEventID = 3, indicates that the peripherals (5004,5005,5006,5007), shown in SystemEventArg1 , are Online. All the peripherals from this log snippet are Online. The FailureCode value (10)

indicates that the FailureCode equals the ConnectionStatus. Since the Connection Status appears to be Online and neither the Softphone nor the Agent reported any errors, this appears to be purely a system event; not a true failure. Calls and functionality of the Softphone does not appear to be affected.
