CTIOS ebusyother state

What does the agent state "ebusyother" mean ? . Developer guide defines it as "The agent is busy performing a task associated with another active SkillGroup." . I didnt understand what this really means ! I am getting this while doing an outbound call which is causing the application and reporting issues.

Can anyone help me understand the definition ?or when is it supposed to come ?

Hello, Busy other state will be reported for all SG which the agent is not on a call for. So if Agent is assigned to SG X and SG Y and he took a call for SG X. He will be reported as busy other in SG Y.
