Hello All,
One of the agent in my customer environment is receiving below error in CTIOS Client. Please find the UCCE Environment details
UCCE:10.5
Customized CTIOS CLIENT
Any input on this would be really appreciated

Hey karthik,
Can u pls clarify if this error msg occurence, doe it happen even there are no calls offered or is it only when a conference is initiated? You can also check the JGW and PIM logs.

Hi,
what's the Version of CUCM?
You are using CIPC/Hard Phone.
1. Check if Speakerphone had been disabled, try to enabled it and check.
2. check if auto answer is configured for headset , but headset is not plugged in.
If this is the only agent facing issue . try to compare the configuration of other agent phone and change the settings?
