CTIOS Logged out

Dear All,

We have Cisco IPCC 6.0 running as SIDE A & SIDE B.we are faing issue with CTIOS CAD Application is getting logged out everyday after a  particular time frame(24 Hours).We checked the CTIOS & CG logs seems like CTIOS is not able to communicate with CG.While issue we are getting error on CTIOS driver "CTIOS Driver offline". after few minutes all services starts well & working fine.

We recylced the PG,CG , CTIOS Services but still problem is same. I applied the latest SR pack also.

Need Someone help to resolve the issue.

I can't help you with your problem, but do want to point out that May 18, 2010 is the end of service contract renewal date and Feb 19, 2011 is the last date for support for Enterprise 6.0. Do you have an upgrade plan?

Hi, I can't remember exactly the bug number, but I was solving a similar issue too. Opened a TAC case and they told me to apply an Engineering Special. By the way, geoff@hp.com is right (as always), you should really consider upgrading to 7.5(1) or at least 7.2(1).

Thanks for your Reply.We are planning to upgrade the same.

But we need workaround as of now b'coz it's impacting our production.
