I have created a LAB having CVP, call manager, and ICM 7 with all PG'S of call manager and VRU but as i login my CTIOS it gives me a CTI warning showing
|"the requested operation has been rejected (no specific details available)"
please help me out with this.

There is a known issue CSCma08492 on this. If you have access to the Cisco Bugtoolkit, checkout the same.
