We have a new installation of UCCE 9.1 and the desktop application is CAD 9.0.3 Premium version. The agents are experiencing odd behavior such as being stuck in a talking state after disconnecting a call, unable to complete a transfer or conference. Many times they have to completely reboot their phones to release the locked state and begin working again. This does not happen across the board, there are about 300 agents but it is happening to remote and local users. Are there any thoughts on this ReportError Code -100? I attached the whole log files for review.
