We have CUCM 7.1(3) and CUPS 8 integrated and working great. We have added CUCCX 8 and have integrated it with CUPS. The Supervisor can see all of the defined contacts for the user, but we cannot successful configure the contact lists for the Agent so that we can see CUPS contacts show up there.
After we create the contact list, we try to "Include" a contact and hit save. Immediately upon hitting save we get this error:
CDAUI2057 LDAP service is down. Contact technical support.
We have restarted the Cisco Desktop LDAP Monitor Service but that did not help. As I have said, the CUPC/CUPS environment seems to be working great as is the Supervisor chat contact list. Its just within the Contact List we are having problems.
