CUEAC: ErrReasonCode:ICDEC_INVALIDSTATE

Hi

The switchborad reported a issues with SEVERAL attendant consoles are not responding after a call comes in.

The agent consoles freeze, the operators logout (via the windows task manager) / login ,then bring the console back into life.

Version:

CUEAC 9.1.1.10

Client - 9.1.1.1372

The log shows:

31/10/13 10:27:44.601->"T:1244","EVT_Process_Failure","InvokeID:1879011902","ErrReasonCode:ICDEC_INVALIDSTATE"

31/10/13 10:27:44.601->"T:1244","EVT_Process_Failure","Unable to answer call"

This error could be generated

This error could be generated by several factor.

Double check ,

++On  attendant client
AC client >> log in >> options >> preferences >> Advanced>> set it to No Call
++This has to be done at admin rights
++ this  setting is  with this version 9.x

- enabling all the Working Days in General Properties,
