CUIC - Real Time Service Level %

Hello,

I'm trying to build a report that shows the overall real-time Service Level % for a collection of Services.

In the report definitions I have been adding the formulas in the custom footer formula section to give me overall stats for the other fields.

For ServiceLevelToday however I don't know what to use to give me the overall SL Today % if the data clause is:

'isnull(Service_Real_Time.ServiceLevelToday, 0)?'

Any help would be much appreciated, alternatively if there are some all singing all dancing report definitions out there that people would like to show off and share then I'd be more than grateful.
