I have been asked to have a view within Finesse that will show the total of a group.
For instance:
Group Helpdesk Contains
CSQ A = 4 calls in queue
CSQ B = 3 calls in queue
CSQ C = 6 calls in queue
Helpdesk Calls in Queue = 13
Group Marketing
CSQ D = 2
CSQ E = 0
CSQ F = 6
Marketing Calls in Queue = 8
So basically, we have a certain "Team" that has over 20 queues, and the managers want to see how many calls are waiting combined for that team without having to find each queue and total them up manually. Can this be done?
