CUIM 4.3.1 installation error

Hi

I am installing on a single server for customer demo Email interaction manager 4.3.1 and get error at Master database Paramters, saying " invalid object name " MASTER..SYSDATABASES".

I have installed SQL2K5 with SP3 and also SP2 for Win2k3. I have attached the snapshot of error.

any thoughts??

Two causes, one could be that port 1433 which is used is blocked or the instance is not listening on this port, second is the collation should be

SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS

installation log under the user folder or installation folder should have logs which will provide the root cause.
