CUIS User Insert / Import

Has anyone sucessfully performed an insert of users into the CUIS database?  I poked around for a bulk import option but don't seem to see one.  The thought of manually creating dozens of users is nauseating.  I wasa looking at the Users and AA_Users tables in the cuic_data_localhost database.

I don't think there was such an option when I worked with CUIS a few years back.  I remember having to add users manually.
