Custom Java Object - IP IVR - Can not associate script and application
We are having some problems by using some custom java objects.
We are using an IP IVR version 4.0(5)
We have created the jar file with our java package, we uploaded our jar files to the classpath via the admin pages, through the document upload pages. We also specified the classpath ( jar file) we could use in our scripts through one of the admin page as well.
Now we have created new java objects in our CRS scripts, the script compiles, we can even simulate the script with the debug mode and our custom java objects are returning the correct values :).. so far so good ;)
Now we want to use those scripts in the call center. We do upload the script without any issue, but when we try to associate the script with an application, we get the following message:
' could not find script xxx. Please verify the script name and its path '
When we do remove our reference to our custom java object ( which is a 'hello world' kind of object), and delete all the java object created in the script, we can associate the script to the application!
Does anyone have encountered such an issue in the past?

the softkeys. You enable or disable them via TCL. Here is the long
answer. Be sure to read the whole thing or e...
