customer can't hear agent greeting with Jabber for windows v10+

Hi all,

 

    I met a issue that customer can't hear agent greeting,just agent can hear it.Agent use jabber v11.

    Then agent re-installed jabber v9.7,agent greeting is ok.Both customer and agent could hear it.

    It's so weird.Did anyone met this before?
