CVP 4.0 - External Transfer

I am using CVP 4.0 H.323 Comprehensive Mode and need to redirect an incoming call after self-service to an external destination(or external service center)

Q1. What is the best way to do this?

For this I am using ICM labels that gets processed by CVP VB using a Gatekeeper lookup. However, since the egress gateway is chosen by gatekeeper, my incoming and outgoing legs can potentially be on different gateways. While I get the call going fine, after the called party answers the system is not able to bind calls together.

Q2. Is this approach still Ok, or should I be doing something else, like the H.323 Refer Transfer?

the second you said look more appropriate for your scenario.

I am currently on CVP 4.0.1 sr1 So cannot use H.323 Refer. What I am really looking for is 'ICM Managed Transfer' as in SRND and whether my config approach is right.
