CVP 4.0 SR2 - Outdial to a PSTN rather than to a call center agent phone

I have a requirement, where once the self-service is completed in IVR, based on a input provided by the caller, the IVR should should dial out to a PSTN number using CVP4.0 SR2, PGW & along with Unified Contact Center Hosted Edition. Is it possible to achieve this and can someone provide an insight to this?

Hi Sethu,

it could be done in several ways, do you want to retain the ICM or CVP control? Transfer any DTMF? You could even use a simple modified version of the survivability.tcl script.
