CVP 4.1 Call Server Error

Hi,

We are having CVP 4.1,ICM 7.5 hosted with NIC controlled VRU only deployment. Currently we are facing a strange issue in our environment ,as some calls to the IVR is getting dropped intermittently and below is an extract of the error logs from the CVP call server.
