I have an issue where calls are coning in with eiter 'private call' or the ani is blocked.
I have a translation rule rule 1 /^$/ /4169999999/ that is on the voice port but this doesnt seem to work. Is there any ideas on how to handle calls with private or a blocked ANI

Sorry, but I don't see why this is an issue.
We have been testing what happens when callers block their CLID with our CVP - SAP integration. The CTI server sends "Unknown" to SAP and that causes a problem because some contacts have been added with a phone number of "unknown" - a data quality issue. We have had a colleague call in from Switzerland - and his CLID was truly blocked - do demo the SAP problem.
But CVP is working fine.

Geoff

Geoff, in our case CVP is dropping the call.
When a private or blocked ani comes it the call gets dropeed

Hi Mike,
I suspect the translation rule might fail and you might run in CSCsd30580 then, could you try jst // instead of /^$/ in it?

Riccardo
