CVP comprehensive mode and Call transfer to Agents Problem

Hello,

I have a IPCC hosted solution with CVP 4.0.when the agents are available call rings on the agent however call never gets released from CVP and enduser keeps hearing music and agent hears nothing.Looks like end user is still connected to voice browser.Agent phone shows connected.

I haved enabled "network transfer enabled" to 1 .Does any one know what could be the problem?

Can you also verify the following for issues where transfers do not work:

* Make sure the following are defined for the post-route number the agent is transferring to:

Dialed number plan

dialed number

call type

script

Make sure post-routing is enabled on the CVP PG in PG explorer under the Peripheral tab

Make sure NetworkTransferEnabled variable is set to 1 in the ICM script that occurred *before* the post routing script. It is important to note that the NetworkTransferEnabled variable applies to *future* transfers, so it must be set in the script before the post-route. If the agent is going to do more post-routes, it must also be set at the beginning of the current post-route script.
