CVP error message in voice gateway

Hello All

Getting the below error message in the gateway. Whether it will affect the IPPC calls ?

%IVR-4-APP_WARN: TCL CVP: **** survivability.tcl: Call is undergoing recovery procedures due to a downstream IPCC application failure **** CallID = 9739DD14.E25A11E2.946C001D.46E5B7D0.

call flow: H.323<-->GK<-->ICM<-->CUCM

CVP error message in voice gateway

I found it my self. We are routing all the calls to ICM, if ICM don't have routing configuration then we are getting this message in the voice router and the call is routing to the agents configured in CVP survivability.tcl.
