I have deployed CVP VXML and its integrated with some external database via Java code. Yet I did not share any code (.java) file to my client. please let me know this .java code is the client property or system integrator property so that I will share this java code to my client or not. What is the Cisco position here and also want to know the best practice in this area so that I can take right decession.
In my opinion, that’s depends on your contract with customer. If nothing mention in contract then depends on you or customer demand, you want to facilitate or not.
