We have a problem in CVP Ops Console where the status of the CVP servers in Control Center is not getting updated. I don’t see any calls in CVP/VXML servers even though they process the call normally. But I can deploy the CVP scripts using Ops Console, the statistics is updating in Ops Console page. Only Control Center has got problem. Any idea how to troubleshoot? Any particular ports getting blocked and causing this issue?
Out of 6 CVP servers and 6 VXML servers, 1 VXML server showing not reachable. Rest all UP. All servers are handling calls normally. Verified through status.bat as well as from CVP logs. But the calls do not get updated on all servers.
