Does anyone know how to get the CALLICMInfo table in CVP Reporting Informix database populated? I have enabled all VXMLapplication data and I do see data populated in almost every other table except this one.
My first instinct was that the CallGUID was not being sent through; however, I see it in the Call Table.
We are on Cisco IPCC, ICM v7.0, CVP v7.0, CVP Reporting v7.0.
Some reporting DB will not even be populated for Comprehensive deployment since for CVP 4.x and 7.0, the "CallICMInfo" table stores correlated CVP Call GUID and ICM Call RouterCallKey, RouterCallKeyDay and RouterCallSequenceNumber for a call. However, the table is populated only when ReqICMLabel element is used in Studio
script and not for any other types of call. Even for ReqICMLabel element, ICM script needs to be configured correctly.
Now since yours is a comprehensive deployment, the VXML application will not have ReqICMLabel element in it as its only used in standalone deployment. Therefore you will not see the 'CallICMInfo' table getting populated in CVP reporting DB.
