I am in the process of configuring new DNIS into ICM and am receiving a 500 internal server error.
Here is a sample of the log from the CVP call server. I don't ever see the call hit the router, and am not sure why this is occurring.
Initially I suspected an issue with the max DNIS length in the CVP call server configuration, but I increased it to meet the # of digits in the DNIS, but still seeing the same results in the logs, and the call never reaches ICM to run the routing script.
The call flow is CUCM ==>CUP==>CVP==>ICM
Any ideas as to what is causing the 500 rejection to call?
