CVP storing only 32 sec audio for callback script

Hello all,

We are facing issue with call back script (VXML) as it only able to store 32 sec voice mail message (251kb is size) and found all these files have max size of 251 Kb in CVP temp folder.

activity log:

10.186.14.2.1377161450812.0.CallBack,08/22/2013 04:51:29.046,Record_01,data,duration,32000  >>>>

vxml server log:

<record name="VRecord" modal="true" beep="true" maxtime="180s" finalsilence="4s" dtmfterm="true" type="audio/wav">

We have already checked  in application max-time It is set as 180 sec and in VXML gateway cache memory file size is 1000 ( not 500 or 256) but still recorded message is of 32 sec duration only.

Please suggest what can be checked more to fix this issue.

Got the answer.It is vxml gateway settings.
