CVP Survivability²

We're running UCCE 9.0 with CVP 9.0.

Gateways are configured with survivability: calls are sent to a standalone CVP application.

But what if the CVP boxes are completely down (VXML service included)? The standalone application will not work.
Can I send the call to another alternative destination (say CUCM)?

How should I implement that?

Thanks in advance!

You will have to modify the TCL script to do this, but yes, you can.

Thanks David!

I was afraid I would get that answer. I prefer not to fiddle with Cisco delivered Tcl's.

I found that CVPSelfService.tcl has a param "survive" that can point to another survivability instance.
Would that work if the selfservice was already invoked by an earlier survivability?

Can't test it right now. Has anybody else tried this before?

Regards,

K
