Hi all,
We have an UCCE 11 with CVP deployment using Nuance as ASR/TTS. We have a testing purposes script that is able to "read" TTS without problems (for example with M microapp, providing inline_tts var).
The problem is that if ASR is enabled in the script (by changing input_type var from "D" to "B") TTS stops working (or at least is is not heard).
ASR seems to be working ok. I do not see any error in CVP or Nuance logs.
Any ideas?
Thanks and regards

Try defining inline grammar with user.microapp.grammar_choices , and see if it helps.

Hi Thanks for your answer.
How should it be done? user.microapp.grammar_choices=digits?
Thanks and regards

user.microapp.grammar_choices= "Sales/ Customer Service/ Help Desk"
