I am having a few questions here because of how it has been set up previously. Essentially there is a single Type 5 VRU which all calls come in on the Switch Leg. Then even though its the same customer, they setup seperate customers in the clusters, and associated type 7 VRU with them, all with different Labels. This is how they are selecting the local gateway right now. I am doing an upgrade and want to consolidate this all into a Type 10 VRU. My question is, am I going to have to switch to Tech-prefix + sig digit routing in order to make this work like I want with Type 10? Or can I make multiple Type 10 VRU like they did with the Type 7 and associate them back to the customers and call it a day?
the answer would be it depends, on who is the routing client, if it is a SCI or Network VRU it would stay the same, otherwise you might need to double check on the config and make th e necessary modifications as you were anticipating.

the softkeys. You enable or disable them via TCL. Here is the long
answer. Be sure to read the whole thing or e...
