cvp upgrade from 7.0 to 9.0

Hi All,

I've a scenario in which I'm currently running with CVP 7.x setup and i want to upgrade it to CVP 9.x. What are the steps we have to proceed from 7.x to 9.x for all cvp components including reporting server(Database).

Hi Bavadessh,

Basically you need to perform a Migration.

The migration directly from CVP 7.x to 9.x is not supported. If you have the  CVP 7.x or an earlier release, then the migration requires below steps that needs to be done

1) Upgrade to release 8.0(1) or 8.5(1).

2) Then migration from 8.0(1) or 8.5(1) to release 9.0(1).

For Migration to 9.X, follow the guidelines provided in the Install/Upgrade Guide.
