Data/Message display support from IVR on Phone Agent

I understand that it does not have any problem to display the enterprise data from IVR (IPCC) on Desktop Agent. Does it support data/message display on Phone Agent?

If you are mtalking about a data from a Database it shoudl have any problem. You just need to write the SQL codes to get those data in to the CAD
