Date/Time Java Method?

Is there a way that I can input the date/time into the Subject of the Send Email Option for ICD? I have looked at how to maybe execute the new Date() java method and store it in a variable so that I can just use that in my expression for the Subject. But there is no new Date() method in the predefined list. I am open to other suggestions on how to do this.

Basically here is what I am trying to do:

When the user presses let's say Menu Option 1

An Email is Generated with the Date and Time along with a short message.

This email is then sent to a mobile phone message system.

Re: Date/Time Java Method?

This is fairly easy if you know java. Create a java class that contains a method that returns the time. In your ICD script create a new java variable. Create a new java object, and excute that method using the object you created store the returned value to a variable in the script.

i hate to rehash this OLD message, but I was wondering if there was an easier way to do this with the new version 3.5.2.
