I wanted to know what DB engine type is used in CCX, and is it possible for the developers to connect to it at least with read only permission for developing some needs in my company here ??
There is way to connect to the DB via supported drivers to pull data, such as historical stats, etc. There is also an API allowing for updating configuration, etc.
