Dear Cisco gurus,
My customer found that even though they delete the agents off from their UCCX + delete the End User off from their CUCM, their ex-agents still shows up on CRS Historical Reporting.
Is there any way to delete these agents from Historical Reports??
My client is using UCCX 5.0(2)SR01_Build053 & CUCM 6.1.2.1000-13.

Is it happening everytime you delete an agent from UCCX console but the agent is showing in Hist Reporting? or is happened once? Just try to add dummy user as agent and then delete it and check if the agent is showing up in hist reporting??
Other thing is you can check in database in agent table to see if the deleted agents are still there?Table name which has Agent Details is "AgentConnectionDetail"

This is typical/normal behavior as our reports show the same thing. The database keeps records of all reps regardless of whether they have been deleted or not in the event you need to go back a year or two and run reports.
