Dequeue call

Hello,

Please advise how to dequeue a call in IPCCX scripts.

Dequeue step as I understand takes a call from chosen queue, but what to use to olase that call in another queue??

Hi,

Just do another Select Ressource Step with the new queue in which you want to put the call and then dequeue it from the previous one. Dequeue step will remove the call from the specified CSQ or all CSQs.

Also worth noting: You can queue a caller to more than one CSQ simultaneously. You do this by nesting another Select Resource Step within the queued branch of the first Select Resource Step.

The Dequeue step would be placed within the Selected (NOT Connected) branch of the Select Resource step before a Connect step to remove the caller from other CSQ(s).
