Dequeuing the first call and transferring to different Skill
We have a scenario in UCCX 8.5 with below Conditions
1. when there are more than two calls in a Queue the call whose waiting time is more, that call has to be dequeued and transferred to Different Skill.
2. if the caller Waiting time in Queue is morethan 120 seconds then the caller has to be dequeued and transferred to another Skill Group.
The major thing here is when the caller is in Queue we need to play hold Music after checking the either of two Conditions if the second call comes then the first call which is in queue has to be dequeued and transferred to another Skill. it Should not wait for completion of Hold Music.
