Desktop Administrator - VOIP Monitor

The system is UCCX 5.0(1)SR2/HA.

When I click on "VOIP Monitor" in CDA, I get a message "could not get devices from sync service".

I can't find anything on CCO that refers to this error. The VOIP Monitor service is running ok. The Sync service is running ok. If I do a "synch directory service" from CDA, that is successful.

Does anyone know what might cause this error?

Is the primary server listed in the drop down at the top of that page in CDA?

Have you tried running the postinstall.exe on the server?

Sometimes, even though the right NIC is selected in postinstall.exe, the act of reselecting it and clicking apply, followed by a reboot, can make recording and monitoring work.
