Desktop Administrator Workflow upgrade issue

I have discovered that upgrading from version 8.5 to 9.0(2) SU1 did not migrate any of the Desktop Administrator workflow configuration. After the upgrade I’ve struggled to even remember what wrap up codes/ not ready codes/ screen pop settings etc. were missing.

Has anyone experienced the same thing? Is this a known bug and can the configuration be somehow backed up and re-stored by perhaps copying a file on the server?

Any input will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

Re: Desktop Administrator Workflow upgrade issue

I had a similar problem where the DRS job failed to backup the CAD database (this is OpenLDAP and separate from Informix SQL) but marks the backup a success anyways. We had to re-run the backup a few times until the DRS logs showed a successful backup of OpenLDAP. A DRS restore with an actually complete backup file fixed our problem. Be advised that a DRS restore will result in a permanent data loss for anything that has transpired since the backup.

This is what you should see in the log. The line bolded and in red must be present. Without this, none of the CAD information, workflows and a ton of other stuff, wasn't backed up!

Do you know if a CiscoBug was ever created for this behaviour?

Thanks,
