Desktop Agent login problems

Trying to get IPCC express setup in a lab. I am having a problem getting the desktop agent to login. I get the following error.

The ID you entered is not found.

The Cisco documentation isnt much help with this error. I have made sure that the user exists and that the password is correct. I can login to ccmuser using the same credentials. I also see the agent in the Desktop Administrator, but cant login. I have tried a number of combinations.

Are you using Active Directory or the DC directory? I believe with the DC directory the username is case sensitive.

It is running on the DC Directory. I have tried the UID several ways including exactly how it is in the Agent fields on the DC without any luck.

Make sure you have associted the phones to the RMJTAPI user

Check the CAD & IPCC logs or past it here

Check if the agent is associated to a resource group..

Yes the agent is associates with a resource group.

Make sure the account is associated with a phone, and has an ICD extension selected.

restart your CTI Manager Service on CCM, then restart the CRA Engine.

I was able to get the agent to login. I uninstalled/reinstalled the agent software and it is magically working. I still have some queue issues, but I will work with that.
