An agent does not appear in the Cisco Supervisor Desktop in the Desktop Agent section. Why!!!!!!!!!!!!! What is the fix for this issue?

Did you associate the agent with the team in Cisco Desktop Administrator? The team supervisor will be able to supervise all the agents in his team. So, you will need to add the agent to that team.
