Desktop LDAP Monitor service crashed

IPCC 4.0.4 New Install

I installed the server with both NICs running.

So, it used the 169.x.x.x address.

I used the CRS Serviceability utility to update the IP address.

Then used the CRS Update tool.

After a restart both the:

Cisco Desktop Monitor Service

And Cisco Desktop Sync service are red under control panel. Failure reason CRASHED.

I went back into the serviceability tool and under Process Activation I made sure of services are Enabled, but still having problem.

Is there a way to reactivate these services?

Note: When I try to launch the Desktop Administrator I get the error "Error Connecting to Directory Services"

Issue fixed.

I did a recovery on the server and that fixed the two troubled services.
