Device association Issue

Hello, I'm configuring a CUCMBE with UCCX5.0 ,the users are in,the devices associated,the agent number configured but i don't have the IPCC extension option on the Directory Number Associations,any idea. thanks.

This (hidden I believe) service parameter is enabled automatically when you perform the initial setup of the UCCX server. If you have completed the configuration and are not seeing this, install did not succeed.

Did you receive any errors during setup? My first suspect would be that the AXL user doesn't have super user privileges in UCM.

The issue was that the UCCX didn't show as installed on CUCM, on the Enterprise parameter under the voice IPCC Express Installed the option was False . Resetting the UCCX did the trick.
