Dial by name for CSQ agents

Does anyone know if there is a dial by name script for the CSQ agents only? I want callers to be able to only search the subset of agents assigned to a specific queue.

I created a script that uses some of the Dial by Name elements but I added a get user step that pulls the last name and extension and places them into 2 seperate string variables. I then used a switch step to go to each of the agents based on the last name variable. I used the extension variable to point the caller at that resource based on extension. This way if the caller selects someone with the same last name it will go to the agent anyway. If someone knows an easier way to do this please let me know.
