Difference between 'Interruptable' & 'Bargeable' in Play Prompt
IPIVR - 3.1(2)SR3 & IPCC Ent - 6.0SR5.
I have read the help section of IVR/CRS and from that understand that Interruptable = an agent becoming available or a caller hanging up can interrupt the step. Bargeable = Caller can interrupt the prompt.
We are having a stuck call when MoH is played. The prompt that plays MoH is set to be 'interruptable', the vendor is suggesting we make the prompt 'bargeable' as well.
I'm of the opinion that setting the prompt to be 'bargeable' won't resolve the issue. Can anyone confirm/deny or shed light on this? Any help is appreciated.
