Different and subsequencially Not Ready Reason Codes

We've an IPCC environment with ICM 6.0; we've a custom desktop using native cti dlls; if we configure two Not Ready Reason Codes, is it possible to have a single time period in "Not Ready State" with both the "Not Ready Reason Codes"? If we send a "SetAgentState" request with the first Reason Code and then another "SetAgetState" request with the second one, all seems work fine (real time statistics show the correct and "time variable" Reason Code) but to the client the event that confirms the agent state changing contains the first given reason code.

Thanks for the help.

I believe that you are hitting a bug CSCsc30711

Re: Different and subsequencially Not Ready Reason Codes

...Really, in our environment, we have no some RONA configured neither in the Agent Team nor in the IP Phones as reported in the CSCsc30711 bug description. The problem is that the CtiServer seems align itself to the client requests but the CtiServer doesn't correctly align his client, trasmitting it the oldest Not Ready Reason Code.

I hope in any your help...
